RealEst Agent Portal pricing
Three monthly plans, one flat rate each. This page explains what separates them and which one fits a solo agent, a full-time producer, or a team leader.
RealEst Agent Portal has three monthly plans. Agent covers portal access, a verified co-brokerage profile and a capped monthly allowance of premium AI listings. Pro Agent removes that cap and opens the full tool set for one agent. Team Access adds up to five users, shared pipeline triggers and brokerage branding. Each plan is a flat monthly rate rather than metered AI usage.
Key takeaways
- The Agent plan includes five premium AI listing generations per month; Pro Agent removes that cap.
- Team Access is the only plan covering more than one user, at up to five dashboards on one account.
- Agent and Pro Agent both cover a single licensed agent, so the difference between them is tool access rather than seat count.
- Every plan is a flat monthly rate, so generating more AI drafts in a given month does not change the bill.

What separates the three plans
The three plans differ along two axes: how much AI generation is included, and how many people the account covers. Agent is a capped single-user plan, Pro Agent is an uncapped single-user plan, and Team Access is a multi-user plan built on everything Pro Agent includes.
Nothing in the plan structure gates the New Jersey workflow features by tier. Lead pool access, referral agreement signing, deal pipeline stages and the county news feed are part of the portal rather than an upsell, so the plan choice is about generation volume and seat count.
The plan cards above are rendered from the same pricing data that produces the structured data on this page, so the price a reader sees and the price a search engine reads cannot disagree.
The Agent plan suits a licensed agent testing the workflow
Agent is the entry tier. It covers portal access and the co-brokerage network, a verified profile other agents can see, a shared client dashboard link, and the inter-agency newsfeed. Premium AI listing generation is capped at five per month.
That cap is the thing to weigh. Five generations covers an agent who lists occasionally or who wants to evaluate output quality against their own writing before committing. An agent who writes listing copy weekly will reach the cap in the first fortnight of most months.
Pro Agent removes the monthly generation cap
Pro Agent is the single-user plan without the allowance. It opens the full set of AI tools rather than the listing writer alone, including the objection response copilot, staging ROI analysis and custom tone profiles that carry an agent voice across generated drafts.
The practical test is frequency. If listing descriptions, outreach drafts and objection scripts are a weekly part of the work rather than an occasional one, the uncapped plan is the one that stops the tool from becoming a rationing decision.
Team Access is the only multi-user plan
Team Access includes everything in Pro Agent and extends the account to five users with their own dashboards. It adds collective pipeline triggers so a team leader sees stage changes across the team, brokerage branding on client-facing output, and white-label reporting.
Seat count is the deciding factor rather than feature envy. A team leader supervising agents on shared leads needs the multi-user account; a solo agent with a virtual assistant usually does not, because the assistant works inside the agent workflow rather than needing a separate dashboard.
Matching a plan to a practice
Most of the decision reduces to two questions: how often listing copy gets written, and whether anyone else needs their own login. The table below maps the common cases.
| If this describes your work | Plan | The deciding feature |
|---|---|---|
| Newly licensed, or evaluating the network before committing | Agent | Portal access with a capped monthly AI allowance |
| Full-time producer drafting listings and outreach every week | Pro Agent | No monthly cap on AI listing descriptions |
| Team leader supervising other agents on shared leads | Team Access | Up to five users with separate dashboards |
| Solo agent working with an unlicensed assistant | Pro Agent | One login covers the agent workflow the assistant operates in |
What a subscription does not replace
A software subscription does not carry a licensing or supervisory obligation. New Jersey requires a written brokerage services agreement in residential transactions, and P.L. 2024 c.32 sets when it must be in place and what it has to state about term and compensation. The portal can track that document and prompt on it; it cannot satisfy it.
The same boundary applies to the AI output. Generated listing copy, outreach drafts and objection scripts are drafts for a licensed professional to review, not compliant marketing on their own. Fair housing language, disclosure obligations and broker supervision remain with the agent and the brokerage.

Common questions
Do I need my own OpenAI or Gemini API key?
No. AI generation is covered by the plan rate, so there is no separate key to register and no metered usage bill to reconcile at the end of the month.
Which plan covers more than one person?
Team Access, at up to five users with their own dashboards. Agent and Pro Agent are both single-user plans, and the difference between those two is generation volume rather than seats.
What happens when the Agent plan hits its five listing generations?
The allowance is the premium AI listing generation quota for that month. An agent who reaches it regularly is the case Pro Agent exists for, since that plan carries no cap.
Is the platform a brokerage?
No. RealEst Technologies LLC is a software company, not a licensed brokerage. The portal supports an agent and their broker in running the work; it does not hold a licence, supervise agents, or take a side in a transaction.
