RealEst Agent Portal ("we", "our", or "us") operates the real estate agent productivity platform at realestagentportal.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

• Account information: Name, email address, and password when you register.
• Mobile phone numbers: When you choose to provide a mobile number (during registration, opt-in forms, or by giving consent during a phone call with our missed-call AI assistant), we store it to deliver SMS notifications you have opted into. See the SMS / Text Message Communications section below.
• Social media tokens: When you connect a Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn account, we store an OAuth access token to post content on your behalf. We never store your social media password.
• Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, and AI-generated content for your account history.
• Lead and contact data: Information you enter about your real estate clients and leads.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the platform features (CRM, AI tools, social posting).
• To post content to your connected social media pages when you request it.
• To send transactional emails (notifications, alerts) related to your account.
• To send SMS notifications you have opted into, as described in the SMS / Text Message Communications section below.
• We do not sell your personal data, mobile phone numbers, or SMS opt-in information to third parties.

SMS / Text Message Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number to RealEst Agent Portal — through account registration, opt-in forms, or by giving consent during a phone call with our missed-call AI assistant — we may use it to send you SMS text-message notifications related to your account or your real estate leads.

• Types of messages: lead alerts when our AI assistant captures a new lead from a missed or forwarded call, account and service notifications, appointment confirmations, and operational updates.
• Message frequency: varies based on lead volume and account activity. Typical recipients receive between 0 and 10 messages per week.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply per your wireless plan.
• Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@realestagentportal.com.
• No sharing of mobile data: We do not share, sell, rent, lease, or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for SMS purposes is used solely to deliver the messages described above.
• Service providers: We use Twilio (via Retell AI) as our SMS delivery provider. Twilio processes messages on our behalf under their own privacy policy and is not authorized to use your data for marketing.

Facebook and Instagram Data

When you connect a Facebook Page, we request pages_show_list (to list the Pages you manage), pages_manage_posts and pages_read_engagement (to publish posts on your behalf). We only post when you explicitly initiate it. We store the access token and the ID and name of the Pages you select. You can disconnect at any time from your account settings; disconnecting deletes the stored token and asks Meta to revoke the app's authorization. You can also review and remove the authorization yourself under Settings & Privacy → Business Integrations on Facebook.

AI Processing and Third-Party Data Services

To power features such as lead scoring, content drafting, market analysis, and our AI assistant, we send relevant account and lead information to AI providers (Anthropic and Google) under contractual terms that prohibit using your data to train their models. We also use property-data and skip-trace providers (including OpenParcel) to enrich the property records you research. We do not sell any of this data to third parties.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

Data Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@realestagentportal.com with the subject "Delete My Account". We will process your request within 30 days. You can also visit /data-deletion for instructions.
