By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a brokerage or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

Accounts

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its underlying systems.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.

Property data, market analysis, and AI-generated content are provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or financial advice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time (see /data-deletion).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
